What we do

The Office of Public Procurement Policy is mandated by the Government of Jamaica to develop and implement public procurement policy aligned with Jamaica’s development goals.

These documents contain the legislation by which the Office of Public Procurement Policy is governed, and from which the purpose of the office is derived.

These manuals demystify the public procurement law, harmonise the interpretation of the law in order to achieve procurement best practice.
