This programme is an all-inclusive comprehensive capacity building training that focuses on providing Procuring Entity users with the relevant knowledge and skills to successfully create, manage, award and close out procurement opportunities through the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement (GOJEP) system.
In addition, this programme is designed to improve the participants ability to independently manage their organization’s account on the GOJEP system.
These sessions are also aimed at improving and increasing user adoption, bridging the competency gap, increasing overall efficiency and promoting the completion of the procurement cycle on the system through to contract close out and management.
Sessions will be facilitated between the hours of 9:30am-3:30pm and will feature an integrated and interactive course in two modules, namely:
Module 1: Introduction to Competition Creation and Management. Topics includes- Account Administration, Competition Creation, Publication of Clarification Requests and Unlocking of Bids.
Module 2: Introduction to Competition Evaluation, Contract Closing out and Management. Topics includes- Evaluation Publication of Contract Awards and Closing out of Procurement Opportunities that are under contract.
