The Procurement Committee Training is a comprehensive capacity-building training designed to equip GOJ procurement committee members with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively make contract award recommendations to the Head of Entity.
UPDATE –Participants will have eight (8) weeks to complete this self-paced course. The course is structured into seven (7) modules.
- Introduction to Public Procurement
- Introduction to Legal Rules that Govern Public Procurement
- The Roles, Function and Procedures of the Procurement Committee
- Reviewing Restriction on Competition
- Review of Key Procedures
- Reviewing Solicitation Documents
- Reviewing Evaluation Reports
Each module includes:
- Quiz questions, users must achieve 80% or more in the quiz to advance to the next section
- Video content
- PowerPoint slides for review
