GOJ Procurement Law and Policy

This section allows for procurement practitioners, suppliers, entities, and committee to have access to the law by which the Office of Public Procurement Policy is governed. The legislation enclosed in this section also pertains to the legal responsibilities of those engaging in public procurement.

Public procurement act
