The Office of Public Procurement Policy (OPPP) invites Procurement Heads of Departments (most senior officer from each Procuring Entity), to join in an online Zoom sensitization session .
Objective
The objective of this session is to provide insight to MDAs on current performance against existing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and enable a forum to discuss new initiatives to improve performance trends.
The session will include the following:
Review of PRS Data – Insight
Overall System Performance based on PRS data.
Resource survey & alignment to USTDA Procurement Modernization & Professionalization Manual
Review Survey – live completion session.
Reform Area 5 ( Procurement Data Collection, Analysis, and Reporting)
Reform Area 9 (Technology in Public Procurement)
Refresher: Tools & Procurement Performance Management (Management Reviews, PREP, Benchmarks, GOJEP, FAQs, CAP, PAP)
