ADVISORY SERVICES
We offer technical support for sound public procurement policy implementation
The Office is working to harmonise the interpretation of procurement rules and optimise the execution of public procurement proceedings. We engage our stakeholders through direct contact, webinars and maintenance of a collection of written procurement policy implementation advice to ensure that the public procurement system is operating with optimal efficacy. We also formulate and publish technical notes on a range of practical procurement topics.
Procurement practitioners, suppliers, oversight bodies and other stakeholders in the public procurement practitioners request and receive our guidance regarding the interpretation of public procurement laws and policy, and the execution of public procurement.
“PPC Digest” is a compilation of recommendations based on our study and analysis of the reasons for the Public Procurement Commission’s rejection or conditional approval of submissions.
In our Knowledge Centre you will find our previous advice to procurement practitioners and other procurement stakeholders on several unique and interesting practical, policy and theoretical issues. View the list of subjects discussed in our Knowledge Centre by navigating to the “How to use our Knowledge Centre” instructional guide.
