Throughout this course participants will explore:
Legislative changes to Jamaica’s Public Procurement Framework
The impact of the 2025 amendments on the execution of procurement activities, with a focus on key provisions such as standstill notices, exempt goods and services, emergency and extreme urgency procedures, revised approval limits, and the levels of competition.
Participants will have 5 weeks to complete this self-paced course, from the date of commencement. The course is structured into five (5) modules.
